At CCP-ISO our management systems are totally bespoke and are implemented based on a detailed understanding of your organisation’s needs. Our process involves.

• An initial Fact Find meeting, fees and T&Cs agreed. Upon acceptance.

• An on-site GAP Analysis visit to better assess where you are against the ISO standard requirements, and to get from your perspective, an understanding of what your organisation is all about.

• CCP-ISO, with your collaboration create, and you then approve, the relevant policies, procedures, and operational controls to provide a “best-in-class” management system. This includes all mandatory, but only the essential non-mandatory documentation your organisation will need for compliance.

• Due Diligence is undertaken by our Technical Advisors.

• Provision of bespoke awareness training to process owners around internal audits, management review and document control.

• Support through to the Stage 1 certification audit with your chosen certification body, and if required, up to Stage 2 and the award of your ISO certification.

• On-going annual management system support following certification.
